Set the S-AFC to the Etcetera, Sensor page. You should see the voltages through the MAFs, the TPS and the Knock sensor. The MAF voltages should be the same with the ignition on; mine are both around 0.45 volts. At idle, MAF 1 shloud be higher, since it is measuring flow through the idle by-pass circuit (mine reads about 1.1 volt). Maf 2 should still be about 0.45 volts. If your MAFs read very different, one is probably bad.
